We are lucky to have a small amount of Scottish Blossom Honey in stock. This delicious honey is a runny honey initially and then will set with a creamy light golden colour. Our Scottish Blossom Honey has a strong sweet taste loved by those with a sweet tooth. The flavours come from a mix of flowers, including oilseed rape and native wildflowers. This honey is carefully and lovingly harvested, It is pure, unpasteurised and raw.

This lovely honey is produced by our colleague whose apiaries are located in the North of Scotland in Aberdeenshire where there is an abundance and variety of forage for the bees to gather. Scottish Blossom Honey is a very versatile honey which can be used as a substitute for sugar in cooking and hot drinks. It adds flavour and sweetness without overpowering other tastes, great to use every day on toast or cereals etc.

At Nook Farm Honey you can purchase the finest British specialty honeys either direct through the website or from our many retail outlets. We supply natural Cumbrian Wildflower honey, Yorkshire Heather honey, English Blossom honey, Borage Flower honey and Balsam Flower honey. Our Cumbrian Wildflower honey is delicious though it is always in high demand and supply is limited due to the challenges of producing honey in a Northern climate. Nook Farm bees forage in the unspoilt countryside of wildest Cumbria where nature and native species of flora and fauna thrive. Beekeeper Helen Griggs keeps her beehives at apiaries in the Kielder Forest area of Northern Cumbria close to Scotland. Our clear honey and honeycomb is unique to the area of Bailey in North East Cumbria. Nook Farm is near Hadrian’s Wall between the Lake District, the Northern Pennines, Northumberland, and the Scottish Borders.

At Nook Farm Honey we have minimised the use of plastic in our packaging, we only re-use what would otherwise have been wasted. Most of our cardboard is recycled & re-used and our glass jars & lids are fully recyclable.
